30-day returns
If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
Email shopcoziva@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without instructions can't be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or was the wrong item. In those cases we cover it.
Defective or wrong items
If something arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery can't be returned.
