How do heated products work?
Our heated jackets, scarves, and blankets have thin, flexible heating elements built into the fabric. Turn them on with the control button and choose a heat level. Most items have 3 settings, so you can dial the warmth up or down as the temperature changes.
How are they powered?
Heated scarves and jackets run on USB power, usually from a standard USB power bank. Electric blankets plug into a wall outlet. Check each product page for exactly what's included and what power source it needs.
Are they safe?
Heat settings are adjustable and low-voltage for USB items. Follow the care and safety instructions included with your product, don't use heated items while sleeping unless the product is specifically designed for it, and always unplug or disconnect power when not in use.
How do I wash them?
Always disconnect and remove the power bank or controller first. Follow the care label on your item. Most heated accessories should be hand washed in cool water and air dried. Never wring, iron, or tumble dry heated items.
How do I pick a size?
Size information is listed on each product page. If you're between sizes on a jacket, size up. It leaves room for layers underneath.
